Sponsor Trips

At Sheka Africa we offer a sponsor only trip. This is an exciting opportunity to accompany us to Uganda to meet your sponsor child.  This guided 14 day tour includes spending several days at the school, where you will get a chance to visit with your sponsor child and the whole school community.  See first-hand the difference your support is making in the lives of your sponsor child and all of the children of FGNP School.  Our trips are limited to groups of eight sponsors to ensure the best possible experience for all. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to immerse yourself in a rural Ugandan community, being welcomed as a long lost friend by young and old. We also visit several national parks where we will keep a keen eye out for the 'big 5' and also take a trek to see chimpanzees in their natural habitat. You will also have the opportunity to trek mountain gorillas in Bwindi Forest. 

*The wellbeing, safety and security of the children and community are our utmost priority. As such all sponsors wishing to take part in this trip will need to adhere to program guidelines.

*Children accompanied by an adult must be 13 years or older.
